PANAMA PENSIONADA VISA APPROVAL PROCESS
A. TEMPORARY PENSIONADA VISA RESIDENCY
STEP1 Action: Client (Retiree) contacts PLC ( PANAMA LEGAL CENTER )
Reaction: PLC emails client the residency visa application form
STEP 2 Action: Client FEDEX his Apostiled police report and pension letter to PLC
Reaction: PLC receives the documents and authenticate them.
PLC puts together all the required documents
PLC informs Client to travel to Panama
STEP 3 Action: Client flies to Panama City, Panama
Reaction: Day 1: PLC registers Client’s passport with the immigration offices
Day 2: PLC submit the required documents to the immigration officers
Day 2: Panama immigration approves the Client’s visa application request and
grants pensionada visa residency.
Day 2: Client’s picture is taken and pensionada residency visa ID card is issued to

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR PENSION LETTER :
If the pension is from a foreign government entity, a document confirming that you are a retiree or pensioner by foreign governments and that you receive a fixed monthly pension / income for life.
2. If the pension is from a private company, documents evidencing that the company is active & operating, a Certificate of Existence issued by the local authority is required along with the last six deposit of pension payments and a letter from the company certifying that you are receiving a fixed monthly amount for the rest of your life.
3. If the pension is not in US Dollar currency, then a certificate of the exchange rate is required from Banco Nacional de Panama.
