These documents can include birth certificates, marriage certificates, pension certificcates, a company registry, court orders, contracts, diplomas, etc. The country you will use the document decides whether you will need an apostille or an authentication certificate.
Panama requires all foreign documents such as police report, pension benefit certificates, marriage certificates and birth certificates to be apostiled. In order to apostile a document for Panama immigration services, there are two options available for applicants;
- Apostile Agency in your country
- Panama Consulate in your country
If you are living in a country that has Apostile Agency available, then you may choose to apply for apostile of your documents through this channell. For example if you are living in Europe, you can get your documents apostiled through the Apostile Agency in your country.
On the other hand if you are living in a country that it does not have apostile Agency, then you may apostile your documents by submitting your documents to the Panama Consulate for apostile.
